Fun Friday

We made helicopters and worked out the best way to make them fly.

 

 

We did a listening activity.  We followed instructions to colour in a picture before we glued in our work.

 
 


Creating Caterpillars
We read a book about caterpillars turning into butterflies.  Today we sketched beautiful caterpillars and then used sharpie and dye to make them look wonderful.  Come and check out our finished products in class.

 

Wohoo!

We received wonderful letters and cards from schools all around the country sharing their love with us after the earthquake.  We decided to write back to Room 4 at Pinehaven School in Upper Hutt.  Charlie Ha. and Charlie B wrote these wonderful thoughts down to send.  Wohoo!

Bubble Trouble

These are our crocodiles that blew bubbles because they didn't listen to the monkey.

In our new room

We had a lovely afternoon for our first time back at school.  We started off with some singing and fun zumba. Then we had a sausage sizzle put on by the PTA.

 

 

Then we headed back to 'Room 17' to check out our new space.  We did some painting and playing before the balloon lady Ashley came and made some cool creations for us.
