Verdi the Snake

We read this story about Verdi the snake.  He wasn't keen to turn green like the older snakes as he thought that being green wasn't very much fun from watching what they did.

In the back of the book it said that there were around 2, 500 different types of snakes.  The smallest was around 10 cm long and the longest was about 10 m.  So we made a snake with ten people to see how long it could be.  Ours is a little on the short side though!
