World Maths Day

Today is World Maths Day!  I had registered the class for this, but cannot access my details from home as they are sitting on my desk at school.  Perhaps your new classes are participating in it.  Let me know if they are joining in the fun.

Remote learning

If you can, please keep in touch.  Add a comment to any of the posts.  Get mum and dad to tell us your story.  Don't forget the maths and literacy links on the right hand side of the page.  They can keep you learning while you are away from school.  I will continue to post and might add some learning ideas for you over the next couple of weeks.

Dig dig digging

As I started digging the sand out, all these people started turning up off the street to help me- one came from Melbourne, others from Prebbleton, Lincoln and West Melton.  They came with wheelbarrows and shovels.  They were amazing.
