Information Books

We had lots of books to choose from today at the library.  We learnt how to browse through the number books with a browsing paddle and select the red number or red dot books.  The red dot means they are just for the juniors.  Some of us took home two books today.

Fire Drill

Today we learnt about what to do if the fire alarm goes off.  We listened to Miss R and lined up outside sensibly.  Then we walked over to the field and lined up in front of the number one because Room 1 is our buddy class.  The teachers are there to make sure we are safe.

Tricky Tunnels

For Fit n Fab we did tricky tunnels.  One buddy did the tunnel, the other crawled underneath.  Then we did it all in one line.  It was lots of fun.

Learning Leapfrog

Each morning Room 17 does Fit n Fab where we focus on keeping our bodies and brains healthy with exercise. At the moment we are doing activities that involve a partner.  This morning we tried leap frog.  Check out our moves!

Bubble Trouble!

To start our writing session we blew bubbles with a buddy.  These are our efforts about our experience.  We are getting really good at getting ready for writing and finding some of the words and letters we want to write.
